THE next PDC tournaments will be the two Players Championships in London, Ontario later in August.The London Ontario Players Championship will be held on Saturday August 27, with the Canadian Masters Players Championship taking place on Sunday August 28, with each offering £35,000 prize money.
They are the first two of six Players Championships which will be held before the cut-off for World Grand Prix qualification, with further weekends to follow in Derby and Nuland in September.
With a pair of £6,000 first prizes on offer, the tournaments are set to attract a host of big names, with players battling to either remain in the world's top 16 as well as improve their standings in the Players Championship Order of Merit ahead of the World Grand Prix
